3D Pro Multilayer natural appearance of color gradation.  3D Pro Multilayer  based on multilayer technology to ensure a cubic phase inside the zirconia can be fabricated to reduce light birefringence to any kind of tetragonal zirconia polycrystals stabilized with 3mol% Y2O3 zirconia, so translucency can be increased.

3D Pro Multilayer is a combination of 3Y, 4Y and 5Y. 

For 5Y-TZP, it is 10% Y2O3, tetragonal 50%, Cube 50%, high translucent in the incisal phase 650MPa; 

For 3Y-TZP, it is 4.5% Y2O3, tetragonal 70%, Cube 30%, stablized zirconia in the dentin phase 1100MPa.

3D Pro Multilayer  sintering illurstration:

1. Room temperature to 900°C (1652°F),  5°C/min, approximately by 180mins.

2. 900°C (1652°F) to 1510°C (2750°F), 8°C/min, approximately by 60mins.

3. Holding 1510°C (2750°F) for 120mins. 

4. Dropping from 1510°C (2750°F) to 900°C (1652°F), 5°C/min, approximately by 120mins.

5. Natural cooling
